The Redwoods Movie

Set amid the romantic splendor of Northern California’s Russian River, Redwoods tells the story of an unshakable love – and the difficult choices it can force one to make.

Everett and Miles have a comfortable, non-passionate relationship. They are raising Billy, a learning disabled boy, who takes up much of the loving and attention in their home. When Miles and Billy go off to visit the grandparents, Everett prepares to spend some time alone. That is, until Everett is out in front of his house, and lost writer Chase stops his car to ask for directions. There is an instant connection — and their eventual romance will set off a course of events that change their lives forever.

Shot in the gay resort town of Guerneville, Redwoods is gorgeously romantic and will stick with you long after the final scene flickers.
